Complete your profile
Go to /profile. Add your bio, skills, work experiences, and upload your CV. The more complete, the more relevant your applications will be.
Launch your first search
Click "New Search", fill in your target role, location, contract type, and let SJS - SmartJobScan do the rest.
💡 The first search is free in trial credits. Use it on a job you really want — the analysis quality is identical to paid searches.
A search analyzes the job market for you in real time across 20+ platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Welcome to the Jungle, Apec, Cadremploi…).
Define your target
Job title, location, contract type. Be specific: "Marketing Director Paris CDI" gives better results than "manager".
Choose volume
From 5 to 50 listings. Each listing analyzed costs 1 credit. Start small (5-10) to validate the relevance, then scale.
Wait for analysis
It takes 30-90 seconds depending on volume. Don't close the page. You'll see your dashboard populate live.
💡 Save your search criteria in your Profile (tab "Ideal Search"). Then click "Load my criteria" on the Search page to instantly relaunch a similar search.
Each listing receives a Fit Score from 0 to 100. The higher the score, the better the match between you and the role.
- 80–100: high priority, apply immediately
- 60–79: solid match, worth applying
- 0–59: probably not for you, archive
Click any listing to see the full analysis: red flags, hidden requirements, salary signals, tech stack.
For any job offer, click "Generate tailored CV". Costs 1 credit. You get a PDF perfectly aligned with the job's requirements.
Important:
- • Nothing is invented — only your real experiences are reformulated.
- • Keywords are optimized for ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
- • A cover email is included.
Before applying, click "Launch CSR audit" (1 credit) on any company. SJS scans the web (Glassdoor, employee reviews, press articles, public data) and gives you a reputation grade A to E.
Avoid toxic environments before you waste time applying.
💡 The audit is cached: the second time you check the same company, it costs 0 credits.

Create an alert
Go to /alertes and click "New alert". Define a job title, location and contract type.

Manage your alerts
Pause or delete alerts from the /alertes page. You can have multiple active alerts for different targets simultaneously.
The Reverse Radar flips the logic: instead of you searching for offers, it identifies companies that are actively recruiting profiles like yours — even before they publish a listing.
Complete your profile
The Reverse Radar uses your skills, experiences and target role to find matching companies. A complete profile = more relevant results.
Launch the Radar
From your dashboard, click "Reverse Radar". SJS scans active job signals to surface companies in hiring mode for your profile.
Proactively apply
Contact identified companies directly — before the competition — with a tailored spontaneous application generated by SJS.
Sub-accounts are available on the Partner plan (99€/month). They let you manage your clients or coachees from a single dashboard with shared credits.
Invite a sub-account
Go to /sub-accounts and click "Invite sub-account". Enter the client's email address.
Credits are shared
All sub-accounts draw from your main credit pool. You keep full visibility on consumption per account from your dashboard.
White-label documents
Upload your logo in Settings. All CVs and PDFs generated for your clients will display your branding — not SJS - SmartJobScan's.
The pipeline lets you track every application across 5 visual columns — from first save to offer received.
Add a listing to the pipeline
Open any listing's detail panel from the Dashboard. In the footer, use the status selector to move it to "Saved" (or any other status). The listing now appears in your pipeline.
Move between columns
On desktop: drag and drop cards between columns. On mobile: use the status selector on each card to switch columns directly.
Add notes and track progress
Each card has a notes field saved automatically. Coaches with sub-accounts can switch between candidates using the selector at the top of the pipeline page.
💡 The pipeline columns are: Saved → Applied → Interview → Offer received → Rejected. Drag and drop works on desktop only; use the selector on mobile.
The white-label report is a professional PDF of a search's results, branded with your logo and colours. Ideal for handing to your clients or coachees.
Configure your branding
Go to /profile and fill in your company name, logo (URL or upload), and brand colour. These are applied automatically to all reports and exported CVs.
Generate the report
From the Dashboard, click "Generate report". This opens the latest search report in a new tab with your branding applied.
Export to PDF
Click "Download as PDF" — this triggers the browser's print dialog. Choose "Save as PDF". Navigation elements and action buttons are hidden automatically in print mode.
💡 Without branding configured, the report displays the SJS - SmartJobScan logo — still professional, just unbranded. Partner-plan users can also export results as CSV directly from the report.
