Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the SJS - SmartJobScan service, available at smartjobscan.com. By creating an account, the user accepts these Terms without reservation.

SJS - SmartJobScan is a job-search assistance service that allows users to: search for and aggregate job listings from multiple platforms, analyze the compatibility between their profile and identified listings, and generate tailored application documents (rewritten CV, application email).

Registration is free and includes 50 free credits. The user agrees to provide accurate information and to keep their login credentials confidential. Any fraudulent use of the account may result in its immediate suspension.

The service operates on a prepaid credit system. Purchased credits do not expire. Payments are securely processed by Stripe. No banking data is stored on our servers.

The following actions consume credits:

• Full analysis of a job listing (compatibility score + red flags + application email): 1 credit
• Generating a CV tailored to a specific listing: 1 credit
• Company reputation audit (ESG Score): 1 credit

The following actions are free and unlimited: improving your profile bio, extracting experience from an uploaded CV.

In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital credits once consumed. For unused credits, a refund may be requested within 14 days of purchase by contacting support.

The user agrees to use the service for lawful purposes consistent with its intended use (personal job search). It is prohibited to: resell or transfer credits, use the service for spam or harassment, attempt to circumvent security mechanisms, or bulk-extract data from the service.

SJS - SmartJobScan provides a decision-support service. The analyses and recommendations do not constitute professional advice or a guarantee of employment. The user remains solely responsible for their applications and for verifying the information contained in job listings.

SJS - SmartJobScan reserves the right to modify these Terms. Users will be notified by email of any substantial change. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
